Shipping & Returns

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON WEDNESDAY OF EACH WEEK

You the customer must contact us at Universal Health and Fitness within 5 working days if your parcel has not been received within the allocated shipping time for your destination. If you do not and the parcel is returned to us you will be required to pay for a second shipping charge at full cost (we subsidise most shipping zones for internet orders). If you elect for a refund or if we are unable to get hold of you after the parcel has been returned within 48hours you will be refunded the cost of the order minus any shipping charges plus a transaction fee of $5.00. If you contact us after the 5 working days to let us know your parcel has not arrived we will place audits with the relevant courier/delivery service which may take up to 10 days to complete. If after the audit has been completed it is determined that the courier service is at fault for the lost parcel you will be fully compensated.

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or if there is a delay in shipping.

Should something go wrong with your delivery such as incorrect goods sent, damage of product during transport etc, we are more than happy to replace your product at no additional cost to you the customer (provided the product has been un-opened by you). We do however require any claim to be made within 48 hours of receiving your goods and if you are claiming something is wrong with the composition of the product, we will need to have the product returned to us at your expense for testing by the manufacturer. The product must have more than 3/4 left and must be within 2 days of receiving the product. If the product is considered to be faulty in any way you the customer will be reimbursed for the shipping cost plus you will be sent a replacement of the same product. If nothing is determined to be wrong in any way with the product you will have the option of having the product shipped back to you (at your expense) or we can destroy the product. No refunds or exchanges will be issued on any products that have been opened or used or tampered with in any way.

If your parcel is not received due to the fact that incorrect address details have been provided by you the customer, we Universal Health and Fitness will take no responsibility for this. Please make sure ALL details are correct and present such as company name (if applicable), correct street address & spelling, correct Suburb (City) and Post Code. If a parcel is delivered to an address due to incorrect details being provided by you the customer and that parcel is not able to be retrieved then there is no recourse of action that will be taken by Universal Health and Fitness.
